The Extractor Kit 1500 is a complete system for the capture and filtration of fumes and gases. A variable speed controller controls the speed of the fan remotely. Correct airflow can therefore easily be set to fit different applications.

Unit comes supplied with 3 Miniarm FX 32 extraction arms which have an inside diameter of 1.25”. A tight sealing damper, located at the base of the arm, can regulate the airflow of the arm. The extraction hood supplied with the kit improves the capture velocity for heavy and light gases. All components of the kit (shown) come supplied in one box and all that is needed for assembly is a screwdriver.

The Extractor Kit 1500 is also available in an ESD Model for the high demands on the electronic industry for static control. Standard filter is supplied with approximately 4 lbs of activated carbon. Optional all-carbon filter available for fumes generated by chemicals or solvents.

The Extractor Kit 1000 enables two, simultaneous users to capture and filter the noxious fumes that normally occur when soldering, gluing, and working with solvents.

The fan has a variable speed controller, which regulates the amount of airflow through the system. This is done by a remote control, which can be placed on the workbench. Unit comes supplied with 2 Miniarm FX 32 extraction arms which have an inside diameter of 1.25”. The arms have a full 360 swivel at their base, and will hold their positions in all directions. The Extractor Kit 2000 offers a complete filtration solution with different capture possibilities. The versatile multi-purpose hood enables the user to find the right set-up for their application. The 44 inch arm provides a generous coverage area and multible 360 degree joints allow precise positioning for any application.

The speed of the fan is adjusted with the remote control placed close to the user. Correct airflow can easily be set to fit the application. The air is filtered through an efficient particle/gas filter. The filter captures the noxious fumes and gases that normally occur when soldering, gluing, or working with solvents. The filter is disposable and filter change is made dust free. The Standard filter is supplied with approximately 4 lbs of activated carbon. An optional all-carbon filter is available for fumes generated by chemicals or solvents.
