Arm

workshops for more than 20 years. Its supple joints make the hood
easy to manoeuvre and locate in the desired position.
The
'Original' Arm is available in five models which, together with
a wide range of accessories, give almost unlimited opportunities
to match its capability with your needs.
It can be mounted from the ceiling, on walls or benches, or used
in conjunction with extension brackets. The 'Original' is also commonly
used in combination with fixed or mobile filtration units.

Telescopic |
The
Nederman Telescopic Extractor Arm is designed for use in small workspaces
where extraction must be accessible, effective and easily adjusted.
The spring loaded arm, together with a balanced telescopic action,
make this extractor extremely easy to use even in confined spaces.
The telescopic action is based on an entirely new principle using
an adjustable balance block as a counterweight to the arm. The lifting
force of the balance block is easily regulated to suit your needs
with a wheel on the connection flange.

NEX Heavy Duty |
The
Nederman NEX HD is suitable for heavy duty welding fume extraction
and applications demanding high air flows.
The Nederman NEX HD is equipped with a horizontally rotating swivel,
horizontally pivoted boom and vertically pivoted support arm to
give maximum flexibility.
The arm feels virtually weightless and is very easy to position.
Typical applications include heavy welding, hand plasma cutting,
metal spraying and laser cutting.

The
Nederman 5000 Series is a new generation of fume extractors designed
to protect people who spend their working lives in smokey, dusty
and vapour contaminated environments.
Its long reach and high manoeuvrability give full freedom of movement,
and the perfectly balanced arm is easy to move from point to point
as needed.
The shape of the hood gives a directional suction effect, so you
can position it beside, behind or above the work zone.

With
concealed joints and a separate easy to mount air duct, the Nederman
NEX represents a new approach to capture at source extraction arms.
The NEX is specially designed for working environments with large
amounts of dust where an easy-to-use at source extraction with high
suction capacity, mobility and simple maintenance is required.
The Nederman NEX D is hygienically designed and a very effective
capture at source extraction arm.
The Nederman NEX D is equipped with an FDA approved hose. It is
EX approved for zone 22 dust, in accordance with ATEX directive
94/9/EC Group II. Equipment category 3. Marking: EX II 3 D.

The
Nederman NEX DX is ideal for working environments that contain explosive
dusts. It is supplied with an earthed anti-static hose that prevents
static electricity and sparkling air duct.
The
hose is easy to dismantle for cleaning or changing.
The Nederman DX is EX approved for zone 21 dust in accordance with
the ATEX directive.

(Stainless Steel) |
The
NEX S is the ultimate stainless steel arm, being engineered from
acid proof highly polished stainless steel. NEX S is double earthed
and therefore ideal for working environments that contain explosive
dust or gases.
EX approved in Zone 1/21 in accordance with the ATEX directive 94/9EC
Group II. Marking EX II 2 G/D.
Available in 3 lengths and 2 diameters.
