The NEX / NEX D externally supported arms can be used where hygienic or explosion / corrosive potential environments exist such as flour dust or chemical handling.

Nederman NEX & NEX D family of arms is designed to meet FDA hygienic requirements for food handling or for use in potentially explosive dust or corrosive fumes environments such as pharmaceuticals.

The encased external support is ideal for easy cleaning and is available with single and double protection anti- static grounding. It is supplied in 7ft, 10ft and 16.5ft lengths.
 
Description The Extractor Kit 2000 uses an all-polypropylene extraction arm, which is designed to handle corrosive environments.

The Extractor Kit 2000 offers a complete filtration solution with different capture possibilities. The bendable gables of the hood enable the user to find the right set-up for their application. The Mini Extractor Arm is over three feet long and constructed of polypropylene, which makes the extraction arm durable against most corrosive solvents.

The speed of the fan is adjusted with the remote control placed close to the user. Correct airflow can easily be set to fit the right application. The air is filtered through an efficient particle/gas filter. The filter captures the noxious fumes and gases that normally occur when soldering, gluing, or working with solvents. The filter is disposable and filter change is made dust free. Standard filter is supplied with approximately 4 lbs of activated carbon. Optional all-carbon filter available for fumes generated by chemicals or solvents.

 
The Extractor Kit 3000 uses the a 3 inch diameter arm to capture harmful fumes and gases and filter clean air back into your work area.

The Extractor Kit 3000 is quickly installed and creates a workspace where fumes and gases are efficiently captured.

The 3” diameter Miriam FX extraction arm is constructed of anodized aluminum with polypropylene joints. This 4-foot long extraction arm features locking ball bearing knobs for one-handed adjustment. The arm comes supplied with tight damper for adjusting airflow to fit various applications

The extraction arm comes supplied with angle nozzle to increase the capture velocity of the system. The filter is disposable and filter change is made dust free. All components of the kit (shown) come supplied in one box and all that is needed for assembly is a screwdriver.

Miniarm FX 32 Standard is a small flexible extraction arm used to capture dust, fume and gases before they can be inhaled by an operator.

This versatile fume extraction arm has a reach of over 3 feet long. The Miniarm FX 32 is comprised of flexible, self-articulating plastic tube with a built in damper and swivel function. It can be mounted to the wall, ceiling, or directly to your workbench for a variety of applications in your workspace or laboratory.
